Service Plans

• Basic Plan
• Pro Plan
• Growth Plan

Additional Features

• Boosts (premium add-ons like "Talk to a Human")
• Custom integrations and features for Growth plan customers
• Installation support and guidance

Account Registration and Use

Account Creation

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Represent a legitimate business or organization

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Answer HQ to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our platform
• Use the service to spam, harass, or mislead users
• Create assistants for adult content, gambling, or illegal activities
• Attempt to extract or misuse other customers' data
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Answer HQ, including:

• Website content imported into your Knowledge Vault
• Documents and files you upload
• Custom text and responses you create
• Business information and data

Our Rights to Your Content

By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our Services
• Use your content to train and improve your specific AI assistant
• Display your content through your AI assistant to your website visitors
• Backup and maintain your content for service reliability

Content Restrictions

You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
• Is accurate and not misleading to your customers
• Does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account and billing information
• Content you upload for your Knowledge Vault
• Chat conversations between your AI assistant and website visitors
• Usage analytics and performance data

Chat Recording and Processing

All conversations with your AI assistant are recorded and processed using AI technology. Access to this data is limited to Answer HQ's founder for analytics and product improvement purposes only. This data is never used to train external AI models or sold to third parties.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that internet transmission and electronic storage carry inherent risks.

Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

Answer HQ operates on a subscription basis with the following billing terms:

• Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required
• Monthly Billing: Charged monthly in advance
• Annual Billing: Charged annually in advance with 2 months free
• Custom Plans: Billed according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Payments are due in advance of each billing period
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe
• You can modify your subscription plan through your Stripe billing portal
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

• We will attempt to collect payment for up to 30 days
• Your service may be suspended during this period
• Your account and data will not be deleted during the retry period
• Service will resume immediately upon successful payment

Service Availability and Support

Service Level

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Support

• Basic Plan: Standard email support
• Pro Plan: Priority email support
• Growth Plan: Dedicated support channel

Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility.

Our Intellectual Property

Answer HQ, our logo, technology, and platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission.

Third-Party Content

Our Services may include third-party content or links. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse any third-party products or services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Service Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that AI responses will be 100% accurate
• We are not responsible for content generated by your AI assistant
• We do not warrant that the service will meet all your requirements

Limitation of Damages

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Answer HQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload or share through our platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your dashboard
• Contacting us at hello@answerhq.co
• Upon termination, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
• Required by law or to protect our rights

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease
• Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• These Terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Process

Before filing any legal action, you agree to:

• Provide a detailed description of the dispute and desired resolution
• Give us 30 days to respond and attempt resolution

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for intellectual property claims.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Answer HQ regarding our Services.

Modifications

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
