Today we're excited to announce our first Answer HQ Boost - powerful new add-ons to your assistant to further improve how your website visitors interact with your business.

What are Boosts?

Boosts are power-ups for your Answer HQ assistant, adding new capabilities that create more value for you and your customers. Each Boost extends your assistant's functionality in ways that solve real business problems.

Introducing "Talk to a Human" Boost

Our first Boost (and by far most requested feature!) is "Talk to a Human", which lets your website visitors send you messages directly from your Answer HQ assistant.

While Answer HQ is great at handling 80% of repetitive questions, we understand there are still times where you still need a human to handle certain requests - like helping with order changes or answering complex questions.

How It Works

A friendly "👨🏻‍💻 Talk to a Human" button appears in your chat window
When clicked, visitors see a simple form to enter their question and contact details
Their message arrives directly in your team's inbox, including the full conversation history with the assistant
Reply to the email normally to continue the conversation
All customer interactions are saved and viewable in your dashboard

How To Setup

Go to your dashboard
Click "Boosts" on the sidebar
Turn on "Talk to a Human" button
Use your existing login email or set it to your business' support email
Click "Save"

That's it! Now when website visitors need human assistance, you can respond directly from your email. It's seamless and simple.

Available to Pro and Growth Tier

Boosts are available exclusively for all Pro and Growth plan customers. If you're on our Basic tier, you'll need to upgrade to access these powerful features.
