Answer HQ Update #8: 🎟 Tickets, Imports on Autopilot, and Customization

This is our biggest update yet. 

Here's what's new: 

🎫 Introducing Tickets

This is the one you've been asking for.

When a customer wants to reach you directly, they can request human support, and their message automatically becomes a Ticket in the Answer HQ dashboard.

You can then reply directly from your email or the dashboard. Tickets track status automatically (waiting for you or your customer’s reply) and show how long each one has been open so you and your team can keep response times tight.

No more messages slipping through the cracks. Available to all plans.

Tickets replaces the "Talk to a Human" Boost with a much more powerful system.

You no longer need to manually re-import your website every time something changes. Answer HQ now imports on a regular schedule:

  • Pro: once a week

  • Growth: once every 3 days
